Two New FREE Summer Classes at Penfield Rec

Penfield Recreation’s Daytime Education at Recreation (DEAR) program will offer “The Life of Abraham Lincoln” from The Great Courses series on Mondays, June 24 through July 29 at 11:00 AM at the Penfield Community Center, 1985 Baird Road, Penfield. Baird Road Improvement Project

The Town of Penfield will be closing Baird Road to one way traffic (northbound only) starting Wednesday June 19th to install the new stone shoulders on the east side of Baird Road. The work will begin at the south end of Baird Road (Whalen Road) around 7:30 AM and proceed to the north. The work should be completed in about 4 days. Public Information Meeting on Mixed Use Districts June 17

The Penfield community is invited to attend a public information meeting on a project to define mixed use zoning districts on Monday, June 17 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 3100 Atlantic Ave. The purpose of this meeting is to share information, answer questions, and receive public input; no action will be taken.
