My office is starting to receive calls and emails asking when the annual Penfield/Webster Household Hazardous Waste event will be held. It is scheduled for Saturday, September 14 at the Webster DPW, located at 1005 Picture Pkwy (off Hard Road) from 7:45 AM to 12:15 PM. Appointments are required. Schedule your time slot online at www.monroecounty.gov/ecopark or contact the DPW offices at 340-8710. All collected material is properly recycled or disposed of and no harmful materials are sent to the landfill.
