The objective of Penfield Television is to provide programming that informs, educates, and entertains its viewers. Broadcast schedules are produced weekly for the Public and Government Access Channels. Programming produced by Penfield TV, government agencies, and local independent producers holds priority to regularly scheduled broadcasts. Non-commercial programming that is produced outside the Finger Lakes/Western New York region is designated as “filler” and shall be rebroadcast on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Government Access Channel can be found on Spectrum Cable 1303, ROKU, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, and this website. Programming on this channel consists of, but is not limited to, the following:
