Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for considering requests submitted by residents and property owners for zoning variances and special permits as outlined in the Town ordinances.

Town Councilmember Kevin Berry is the Town Board Liaison.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a five-member body that meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
Board members serve a three-year term (January 1 through December 31)

The Zoning Board of Appeals convenes its meeting at 6 PM with a Work Session dedicated to discussing tabled matters and addressing unfinished business. The Public Hearing segment promptly follows the Work Session. After each public hearing, the Board engages in deliberations on the application to reach a determination on whether to approve, deny, or table the matter.
